Welcome to Freedom Military Lodge No. 1775 in Washington D.C.
Our lodge has been established to bring together our brethren in the military, and our mission is to help bring together those who are serving, have served, or have an interest in supporting those who serve in the United States Armed Services.

Welcome and Fraternal Greetings

The members of Freedom Military Lodge, No. 1775, chartered December 2006 A.D., as a regular Lodge under the Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia in Washington, D.C., USA, welcomes you to our web-site.

Freedom Military Lodge No. 1775 is organized to honor, support, and serve the members of the Uniformed Armed Services, especially those who are already Freemasons or who are interested in becoming Freemasons. We hold regular quarterly Lodge meetings in Washington, D.C., and all interested Master Masons are invited to attend.

Worldwide Freemasonry, which transcends all races, religions, and political persuasions, is organized geographically. There are some geographical areas; however, that are not under the jurisdiction of an established regular Grand Lodge.

One purpose of Freedom Military Lodge No. 1775 is to provide Masonic support and service to members of the Uniformed Armed Services stationed in locations where regular Masonic Lodges are not available. If you are stationed in such a location, we want to hear from you.

A second purpose it to provide a lodge with a military  tradition to  Military Masons of other lodges and jurisdictions assigned to or visiting the Nations Capital.    If you are a Mason, we extend our most cordial Brotherly greetings. Please look over our web-site and send us your questions, comments, or suggestions to me or our webmaster.

If you want more information about Freemasonry, or if you would like to become a Freemason, visit our online Blog, or join us on our Google group, or send us an e-mail so we can assist you in your quest.

Thank you again for visiting our website.

Sincerely and Fraternally,

David Han
Worshipful Master, 2010
